Shipping Policy

At Acid Tiger, Shipping is carried out by third party delivery team and we are committed to deliver on time. Orders made will be Shipped on the same day. And delivery timelines differ based on the delivery location and distance.

During unfavourable climate conditions, natural disasters or external forces which may limit or stop delivery. And no refund can be claimed for such non deliveries.

Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. Acid Tiger is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or partial addresses.

All our products are delivered in a proper package, which are not to be unsealed when there is a return placed. Unsealed or damage caused to the package will not be accepted for returns.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any damages caused to the products during shipping will be our responsibility to exchange immediately, if spotted during delivery.

All our products are delivered with quality, In any case of not meeting the quality we would accept a return when contacted within 30 mins of the delivery. To make a return, please write to info@acidtigerbeverages.com with your order number. Acid Tiger will arrange for the swap or return of the products with 7 days.

If any products arrive incorrect, or part of your order is missing, you must notify Acid Tiger at info@acidtigerbeverages.com within 30 mins of the delivery. Please save all packaging materials our team will work with you to get the issue resolved.
